What carriers do you use to ship products?
We ship using USPS and UPS. The carrier used will depend on the weight of your package.
When can I expect my package?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and may take 1–7 business days.
Do you offer tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within the U.S. and U.S. territories only. International shipping is not available at this time.
What if I make a mistake entering my address?
Please double-check your name and shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact our shipping department ​info@teasbytao.com immediately. We may be able to correct it before your order ships.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive the package, please contact the carrier first. After that, feel free to reach out to our shipping department support@teasbytao.com we will do our best to assist you.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Carefully open the package and take photos of the product before removing it.

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make the return process clear and straightforward.
Return Authorization
Please contact us at info@teasbytao.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Trial Size Tea
All sales of trial size tea are final and non-returnable.
Unopened Products
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Opened Products
Opened products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. A 25% disposal fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price, minus any applicable fees.
Return Window
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
